• Brent A. Fells, 12-19-86, of 3068 NW Bluebird Trail – charged with receiving stolen property by the Brookhaven Police Department. In jail.

• Javes U. Lewis, 5-5-82, of 829 Turner St. – charged with receiving stolen property by BPD. In jail.

• David L. Smith, 4-3-1984, of 1077 Crooked Lane – charged with receiving stolen property by BPD. In jail.

• Gary P. Watts, 4-13-63, of 183 W. Highway 84 – charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and no proof of liability insurance by BPD. Released on bond.

• Austin T. Edmonds, 11-16-94, of 916 Butler Lane – charged with simple assault/domestic violence and resisting arrest by LCSD. In jail.

• Thomas A. French, 11-22-55, of 53 Red Autumn Lane – charged with driving under the influence – first offence; possession of liquor in dry county LCSD. Released on bond.

• Aljur C. Herring, 11-12-85, of 625 E. Cherokee St. – charged with public drunkenness by BPD. In jail.

• Robert D. Clay, 3-4-83, of 205 Fulton St. – charged with sale of cocaine and marijuana by LCSD. In jail.

• Alisha N. Johns, 1-15-90, of 1632 Hunter Road, Bogue Chitto – charged with contributing to the neglect or delinquency of a minor and possession of a controlled substance by LCSD. Released on bond.

• Phillip G. Smith, 7-27-75, of 348 SW Low Water Lane – charged with shoplifting by BPD. In jail.

• Nicholas P. Vanderine, 1-7-91, of 9606 Riverside Drive – possession of open beer and failure to comply with request by LCSD. In jail.

• Sharleton Gordon, 8-5-79, of 305 E. Enterprise St. – charged by possession of marijuana, driving while license suspended, seatbelt violation and no proof of liability insurance by BPD. In jail.

• Jermaine A. Graham, 1-24-87, of 291 Martin L. King Jr. Drive – charged with shoplifting by BPD. Released on bond.

• Philip May, 6-17-85, of 2538 Canteberry Lane, Ruth – charged with simple assault/domestic violence, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while license suspended and malicious mischief by LCSD. In jail.

• Noe C. Olivera, 6-18-84, 1224 Union St. Ext. Apt. 15 – charged with public drunkenness by BPD. Released on bond.

• Sidney Allen, 12-15-76, of 904 E. Independence – charged with contempt of court by LCSD. Released on bond.
