BROOKHAVEN — Deaconess HomeCare and Hospice celebrated a new location with a hot chocolate bar and a balloon tree and arch Monday afternoon. The new office is at 1385 Johnny Johnson Drive in Brookhaven where the Mississippi Department of Revenue once had an office. 

At one point in time, Deaconess had the building but moved to a smaller location. Executive Director Tammy Foster said they were in a smaller office space previously and had separate locations for hospice and home care. 

“We are so excited about this new location. We were in separate offices but now we are here as one big happy family,” Foster said. “We love it over here. It has changed everything. There is so much more unity now between the teams.” 

Deaconess moved to the location in late September.
