The Wesson Cobra volleyball program, led by coach Michelle Nunnery, recently recognized senior players and managers on the 2024 team before a match against Salem. The Cobras won their MHSAA 3A first round playoff matchup against McLaurin 3-2 and moved on to then face Enterprise-Clarke in the second round.

Seniors honored were Emiliegh Woodson (manager), Avery Anna Watts, Tiara Tronstad, Ella Logan, Laney Kate Earls, Lilly Kate Channell, Mary Gwyn Hynum, Taylor Davis, Sa’Niya Brice, and Ahmya Wade (manager).
