Brookhaven High stays perfect to start season with win at Oak Grove

The Brookhaven High tennis team is off to a 7-0 start in match play to begin the 2023 season. On Thursday, the Panthers went to Hattiesburg and knocked 6A Oak Grove High from the ranks of the unbeaten with a 4-3 team win.
The Panthers also have a team win over Stone County High, a perennial MHSAA title contender. Ole Brook has wins against Warren Central, Vicksburg High, Natchez High, Florence High and North Pike as well.
BHS will be back at home on March 21 when they’ll host 6A Clinton High at Brookhill. They’ll also host 6A Brandon High on March 23 at Brookhill.
