Downtown Brookhaven was filled with the smell of barbecue as contestants fired up grills to compete in the 2014 Hog Wild BBQ Cook Off and Family Festival.

The event drew about a thousand people with food, vendor booths and a lot of entertainment. A children’s area was filled with inflatables, and the music of local band Red Star drifted through the streets.
