17-under wins WH scramble

WESSON – Billie Price, Jim Hankins, Dennis Meilstrup and Phillip Rose, shot a sizzling, 17-under par 55 to claim last Tuesday’s Senior Scramble at the Wolf Hollow Golf Club. They finished five-strokes ahead od the second place team.

The team of Mack Munn, Louis Midkiff, Billy Baker and Ralph Boone, took second placed with a score of 60.

Placing third, with a score of 61, was the team of John Darington, Jerry Handy, Hal Shirley and Adrian LeBoeuf.

The scramble is open to the public and starts each Tuesday at 9 a.m. Entry deadline is 8:30.
