The Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce annual celebration will take place at the Ole Towne Church Thursday at 6 p.m.

The annual celebration centers on the installation of new officers such as board members and president of the chamber. The event will also see the installation of the new Industrial Development Foundation president.

Along with inducting new members, the celebration will celebrate the work of outgoing office holders.

“It’s a time of fellowship between members,” Kay Burton, program director of the Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce, said.

In addition to the commemoration of incoming and outgoing officers, the celebration will feature major recognition of the Small Business of the Year, Agribusiness of the Year, Educators of the Year for each district and Ambassador of the year.

“There’s going to be good food, music and we’ll discuss a little business,” Burton said. “Anyone who wants to come can come.”
