Funeral services for Sarah Lee Smith of Brookhaven are 10 a.m. on Wednesday at New Salem Church of Christ and burial will follow in the church cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home, 894 Natchez Drive location is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Smith, 93, of Brookhaven, died Dec. 1, 2013, at Golden Living Center – Brook Manor. She was born in Lincoln County on Dec. 14, 1919, to the late Lawrence A. Smith and Amy Roselyn Smith Smith.

She was a homemaker and member of New Salem Church of Christ in Brookhaven.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Robert B. Smith; four brothers; and two sisters.

She is survived by one son, Lawrence Mitchell Smith and wife, Carolyn of Wesson, and two daughters, Amy Roselyn Ratcliff and husband, Carroll; Deborah Jane Smith and husband, Wayne J. Smith, all of Brookhaven. She is also survived by one sister, Evelyn Smith; eight grandchildren, Bruce Smith, Brian Smith, Alan Smith, Brad Smith, Lora Hedgepeth, Chris Haley, Pam Walker, and Michelle Bland; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
