Services for Linda Gail Cooper of Brookhaven are 11 a.m.Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2004, at St. James Missionary Baptist Church withburial in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Visitation is Monday from 12-5 p.m., at Williams Mortuary, withfamily present from 7-8 p.m. at the church.
Ms. Cooper, 54, died Oct. 14, 2004, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born in Raleigh, N.C., on March 23, 1950, to GeorgeCooper and Lucille Cooper.
She was a cook for Mississippi Action for Progress. She was a1969 graduate of Alexander High School. She attended PrentissInstitute. She was a member of St. James Missionary BaptistChurch.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and a brother, GaryCooper Sr.
Survivors are her daughter, Kenisha Cooper of Brookhaven; hersister and brother-in-law, Sherry and Curtis Spencer of Brookhaven;her brothers and sister-in-law, Larry Michael Cooper Sr. andEloise, and Jimmy Cooper, all of Brookhaven, and Wayne Cooper ofMonticello; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews andother relatives and friends.
