Services for Vera L. Freeman Zeigler, of Magnolia, are 11 a.m.Friday, Feb. 26, at Jones Family Funeral Services in McComb, withburial in Unity Baptist Church Cemetery in Magnolia. The Rev. RonBoysel will officiate.
Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home, andon Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
Mrs. Zeigler, 69, died Feb. 24, 2010, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. She was born in Liberty on March7, 1940, to John Henry and Ena Bradshaw Freeman.
She was a homemaker and member of the Unity Baptist Church. She wasa loving wife and mother, and will be sadly missed by herfamily.
Preceding him in death were her parents; husband, Otis R. Zeigler;two brothers Ottis Freeman and Rex Freeman; two sisters MargaretFreeman and Edith Hayes.
Survivors are her sons and their spouses; James R. and CharlotteZeigler, of Magnolia, and Larry and Sheila Zeigler, of Tylertown;her daughters and their spouses Barbie and Jerry Cox, ofBrookhaven, and Vicky and Andrew Deere, of McComb; her brothers,J.C. Freeman and wife Jewel, of Magnolia, and John Freeman, ofPerryville, Ark.; her sisters, Myrtle Jackson, of Brookhaven,Bonnell Roberts, of Iuka, and Dee Zeigler and husband Jay, ofMagnolia; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, withnumerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Billy Coon, Darrell Reeves, Len Smith, RayCampbell, Frank Ceely and Corey Bryan
