Services for William Jackson “Jack” Douglas of Brookhaven were11 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, at Jones Funeral Home Chapel of Hamburg,Ark., with burial in Snyder Cemetery.
Mr. Douglas, 70, died Saturday, June 23, 2001, at MississippiBaptist Medical Center in Jackson. He was a native of Dermott,Ark., and a resident of Brookhaven for the past 14 years.
He was a retired Wal-Mart truck driver. He was a member ofEasthaven Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Thad and Fedelia StoneDouglas, and a sister, Lillian Lee.
Survivors are his wife, Ann Edwards Douglas of Brookhaven;daughters and sons-in-law, Jacky and Paul Prien of Dallas and Amyand Chad Greer of Picayune; brother, James Turner Douglas ofConway, Ark.; sisters, Virginia Douglas Teague of Dermott, Ark.,and Cloteene Augspurger of Orlando, Fla.; and two grandsons.
