Services for James Roy “Jack” Moak, of Brookhaven, were 1 p.m.Tuesday, June 7, at Community Funeral Services with burial in GumGrove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation was from 10 am. until service time on Tuesday at thefuneral home.

Mr. Moak, 55, died at his residence on June 4, 2011. He was born onOct. 19, 1955, to Rita Moak Watson and the late Roy RussellMoak.

Preceding him in death were his father; twin infant sons, Brian andTerry; and his stepfather, Bob Watson; and a special nephew, NathanMoak.

Survivors include his mother; his longtime girlfriend, CindyHarveston; his daughters, Kala Bates and husband, Michael, ofClinton, Missy Higgins and husband, Joey, of Hattiesburg; hissisters, April Moak, Lisa Little and husband, Henry, Donna Robertsand husband, David, all of Brookhaven; special nephew and niece,James Allen and Holly Roberts; and one grandson, Joey Higgins Jr.;lifelong friend, Lynn Hutcherson, of Hazlehurst; and a number ofaunts, uncles and cousins.
