Services for Nicholas (Nick) J. Damico, of Brookhaven, are 11a.m. Monday, Nov. 17, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church withburial in the Catholic cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home’s NorthJackson Street is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Monday from 9 until 10:30 a.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Damico, 91, died Nov. 13, 2008, at his residence. He wasborn in Hattiesburg on March 25, 1917, to Joseph Damico and SalviaCarnagio Damico.

He worked for an airplane manufacturing company in Baltimore,Md., before serving in the U.S. Army during World War II. After thewar, he came to Brookhaven where he retired as a radio repairman.He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his brothers, Sam Damico, Vincent Damico and JohnDamico, all of Brookhaven; and a host of nieces and nephews.
