Services for Hosea “Fisher” Wilcher Jr. of Brookhaven are 11a.m., Saturday, May 1, at Alexander High School with burial inSiloam Church Cemetery.
Visitation is Friday from noon until 8 p.m., with family hourfrom 7-8 p.m., at Williams Mortuary.
Mr. Wilcher, 65, died April 26, 2004, at St. Joseph Hospital inJoliet, Ill. He was born in Lincoln County on May 16, 1938, toHosea Wilcher Sr. and Selma Wells Wilcher.
He was retired. He was a member of Siloam Missionary BaptistChurch.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and a brother, JamesWilcher.
Survivors are his wife, Christine Wilcher of Brookhaven; hisdaughter and son-in-law, Carol and Anthony Boswell of Chicago, Ill;his sons and daughter-in-law, Cordell and Tara Wilcher, CarlWilcher and James Wilcher, all of Chicago, and Johnny Wilcher ofBrookhaven; his sisters and brother-in-law, Dorothy and WillieRice, Lillie Wilcher and Mary Nell “Sarah” Owens, all ofBrookhaven, Marie Butler of Chicago, and Yvonne Humphries ofMilwaukee, Wis.; his brother and sister-in-law, Hosea and JudiaWilcher of Brookhaven; 17 grandchildren; and a host of nieces,nephews, other relatives and friends.
