Services for Vera Sue Grantham Reeves, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m.Tuesday, Feb. 15 at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inRosehill Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Reeves, 83, died Feb. 12, 2005, at Haven Hall Nursing Home.She was born in Simpson County on Nov. 13, 1921, to Ira C. Granthamand Hattie Clark Grantham.

She was retired from the Mississippi Forestry Commission. Shewas a member of First Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, CliftonReeves; one sister; and three brothers.

Survivors are her stepson, Roger Reeves, of Madison; herbrother, Ray Grantham; her sister-in-law, Hazel King, of McComb;three stepgrandsons; five step great-grandchildren; a host ofnieces and nephews; and a special niece and caregiver for severalyears, Barbara Wallace.

Pallbearers will be Roger Reeves, Andy Reeves, Henry Wallace,Toxie Polk, Jimmy McPhail and Scotty Mobley.
