Services for Delphine T. McAllister of Baton Rouge were 11 a.m.,Friday, Sept. 21, at Franklin Funeral Home Chapel with burial inJacobs Cemetery in Amite County.

Mrs. McAllister, 62, died Sept. 18, 2001, at Summit Hospital inBaton Rouge. She was born in Amite County on Jan. 16, 1939, toNorman Thornton and Euna Bell Smith Thornton.

She was a legal secretary. She was a member of the Baptistfaith.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, PerlieMcAllister.

Survivors are her son, Eric McAllister of Denham Springs, La.;her daughters, Tammy M. Temple of Denham Springs, La., Wendy M.Harris of Las Vegas, Nev., and Sherry Renee M. Cronin of Egg HarborTownship, N. J.; and eight grandchildren.
