Services for Marguerite Carl Clark of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.Saturday, June 8, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inRosehill Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday, June 7, from 5-8 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Clark, 91, died Wednesday, June 5, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. She was born in Webster County on July 6, 1910, tothe late Albert Sydney and Mary Love Carl.

She was a teacher at Brookhaven High School and WhitworthCollege. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents and a brother, Dr. TateCarl.

Survivors are her husband, Venable Clark; son anddaughter-in-law, Mike and Linda Clark, all of Brookhaven; daughterand son-in-law, Jan and Armin Jancis of Warsaw, N.C.; sister,Alberta Carl Daniel of Richmond, Va.; and three grandchildren,Michael Jancis of North Carolina, Carl Clark of Brookhaven and AndyClark of Clinton.
