Graveside services for Clifton E. Lambert, of Ruth, are 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 19, at Ruth Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home on Natchez Drive is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mr. Lambert, 85, died Dec. 17, 2012, at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb. He was born on Aug. 19, 1927, to Leon E. Lambert Sr. and Ollie D. Greer Lambert.

     He was a farmer and also retired from Croft Metals.

     Preceding him in death were his parents.

     Survivors are his four brothers and four sisters, Leon Lambert Jr., of Lucedale, Frances Smith, of Ruth, John Lambert, of Ruth, Quinn Lambert, of Hattiesburg, Bobby Lambert, of Vaiden, Carolyn Robinson, of Lawrence, Lois Price, of Terry, and Paulette Lambert, of Ruth; and a host of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

     In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
