Services for James W. Bacot of Summit are 2 p.m., Wednesday,June 4, at Catchings Funeral Home Chapel in McComb with burial inWoodlawn Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m., and Wednesday from noon – 2p.m., at the funeral home.

Mr. Bacot, 88, died June 2, 2003, at his residence. He was bornin Pike County on April 11, 1915, to Fred Bacot and Bessie BoydBacot.

He was a retired civilian sheet metal repairman for the AirForce.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, MaxineRoberts Bacot; and a sister, Evelyn Bacot.

Survivors are his son, Fred Bacot of Summit; his brother, SamBacot of Denham Springs, La.; his sisters, Emma Jean Fly andFrancis Bacot, both of Summit, and Rosella Gill of New Orleans,La.; and three grandchildren.
