The Enterprise Booster Club announces that football fans canmeet the Yellow Jackets tonight at Harry Cole Field at 7 p.m. Thestart may be delayed a few minutes, depending on the conclusion ofthe Enterprise-Dexter girls softball game on the adjacentfield.

Presiding over the Meet the Jackets will be new booster clubpresident John Paul Holmes who will also be doing the announcingfor the night.

Coach Ricky Deere’s Jackets will scrimmage. The school’s newdance team will debut and perform during the evening

The Enterprise letterman’s jackets will be presented and theconcession stand will be open.

Brookhaven head football coach Andrew Hickman announced todaythere will be a Meet the Panthers Night this Friday at King Field.The event kicks off at 7 p.m.

The coaches, players and cheerleaders will be introduced for the2001 football season. A scrimmage will be held immediatelyfollowing the introductions.

All friends and supporters of the BHS athletic program areencouraged to attend the event.

Loyd Star will recognize its football team , cheerleaders, bandand dancers Friday night on W.E. “Sambo” Smith Field. Meet theHornets Night starts at 6 p.m.

There will be an open house at the new field house and press boxconcession stand. Drinks and hotdogs will be sold by the band anddance booster clubs.

Wesson head football coach Ronald Greer announced that therewill be a Meet the Cobras event Monday night, August 27, at the oldschool gym.

The event will begin at 6 p.m. with the introduction of thegirls softball team, football team and cheerleaders.

Homemade ice cream will be provided.
