Services for Annette Elizabeth Lewis Cardwell of McCall Creekare 2 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 17, at Ramah Baptist Church with burialin the church cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Wednesday, at the church, from 1 p.m. until thetime of the service.

Mrs. Cardwell, 66, died Dec. 15, 2003, at her residence. She wasborn in Franklin County on Oct. 19, 1937, to Frank Lenord Lewis andElizabeth McGeehee Lewis.

She was office manager at Brookway Dental and had been alongtime resident of Natchez. She was a member of Ramah BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her daughter, DonaLee Cardwell.

Survivors are her husband, Donald Lynn Cardwell of McCall Creek;her daughters and their husbands, Audrey Lynn Sivills and Steve ofBrandon, and Anita (Neet) Louise Cardwell Murphy and Jeff ofHattiesburg; her sister and her brother-in-law, Marilyn and MarvinMurray of McCall Creek; her grandchildren, John Sivills, ZackSivills, Paige Sivills, Jordan Elizabeth Murphy and Carley AnnMurphy; her niece, Betsy Murray; her nephews, Michael Murray andPat Murray; and her great-niece, Taylor Murray.

Alice Love Wells

Services for Alice Love Wells of Bogue Chitto are 7 p.m.,Thursday, Dec. 18, at Williams Mortuary Chapel with burial in BogueChitto Cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Wells, 88, died Dec. 13, 2003, at her residence. She wasborn in Lincoln County on May 10, 1915, to John Henry Jackson andLula Brown.

She was retired.

Preceding her in death were her her parents; her husbands,Willie Love Sr., and John Wells; her son, Willie Love Jr.; hersisters, Annie Tanner, Georgia Harris and Ruby Washington; herbrothers, John Henry Jackson and Frank James Carter.

Survivors are her daughter and son-in-law, Annie Love Gatton andDavid of Bogue Chitto; her sons and their wives, Johnny Love andAra Nell, and Lonnie Love and Gloria, all of Bogue Chitto; hersister, Annie Porter of Chicago, Ill.; 21 grandchildren and manygreat-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
