Services for Clifton Earl Chisholm, of Denham Springs, La., are11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at Hartman-Sharkey Funeral Home inMcComb, with burial in Montgomery Cemetery in Lincoln County.

Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 9 p.m. at Christ CommunityChurch in Denham Springs, and on Friday from 5 until 8 p.m. at thefuneral home, and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of theservices at the church.

Mr. Chisholm, 75, died Feb. 23, 2010, at his residence. He was bornin Franklin County on Jan. 20, 1935, to William and AlineChisholm.

He was retired from his family business, Cliff’s Plumbing, and thenworked part time with his son at T-N-T Plumbing.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, Frank,Junior and Prentiss; and his grandsons, John Clifton and DeWayneChisholm.

Survivors are his wife of 53 years, Shirley Freeman Chisholm; hissons, Tony Chisholm and Terry Chisholm; his daughters, TammyWilleford and Tracy Bruno; his brother, James Chisholm; his sister,Geraldine Freeman; his eight grandchildren and ninegreat-grandchildren; and many other special relatives, friends andneighbors.
