Services for Thelma Lee Gaylor, of Natchez, are 11 a.m.Thursday, Sept. 21, at Bible Way Pentecostal Church in Natchez withburial in Pine Hill Memorial Cemetery in Natchez. Marshall FuneralHome in Bude is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Wednesday from 4 until 6 p.m. at the church, andon Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.

Gaylor, 47, died Sept. 15, 2006, at Baptist Hospital in Jackson.She was born in Natchez on Dec. 12, 1958, to David Bates Sr., andRosa Baker Bates.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her brother, PhillipL. Bates.

Survivors are her daughters, Latisha Tramaine Gaylor, ShontaLeShay Gaylor and Shakia Trinese Gaylor, all of Natchez; her son,Cedric Renard Gaylor Jr., of Natchez; her sisters, Regina Johnson,of Roxie, Linda Fletcher-Henyard, of Natchez, and Yvette Jackson,of Baltimore, Md.; her brothers, Pastor David Bates Jr., and WillieD. Bates Sr., both of New Orleans, La., Elder Elington Bates, ofRoswell, Ga., Joe Nathan Bates, of Waterford, Mich., and ElderKenneth Bates, of Meadville; her two grandchildren; her aunt and ahost of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
