James Bruno ‘Tee’ Gibbs
Services for James Bruno “Tee” Gibbs, of Meadville, were 11 a.m.Wednesday, March 28, at Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church inBude with burial in New Fork Cemetery (also known as the MeadvilleCemetery). Marshall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Gibbs, 54, died March 24, 2007. He was born in Brookhaven onMay 5, 1952, to James Bruno Gibbs Sr. and Curlee Smith Gibbs.
He was a graduate of Alcorn State University and wasincorporator and coach of the Bude Boxing Club. He was a formerGolden Gloves State Champion.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his sisters, EvelynGibbs, Genice Gibbs and Curley Mae “Cherry” Gibbs.
Survivors are his wife, Charlyne Costley Gibbs, of Meadville;his daughter, Victoria Collins, of Bude; his sons, Carlton Gibbs,of Meadville, and André Gibbs, of Panama City, Fla.; his sisters,Gloria Cannon, Margie Campbell and Shirley Walker; his brothers,Bobby Gibbs, Jerry Gibbs and Tony Gibbs; his two grandsons and ahost of other relatives and friends.

Services for Ottie M. Martin, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. Friday,March 30, at South Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church inPrentiss with burial in the church cemetery. R.E. Tyler FuneralHome is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Thursday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the funeralhome.
Mr. Martin, 85, died March 23, 2007, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born on Nov. 14, 1921, to Annie Martin.
He was a retired pipeline construction worker. He was a memberof South Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death were his mother; and his wife, RachelMartin.
Survivors are his sons, John Steven Martin, of Prentiss, OtisMartin and Robert Lee Martin, both of North Carolina, and JervisMartin, of Prentiss; his daughters, Gloria Pope, of Brookhaven,Annie Lee Easter, of Jackson, Ella Mae Johnson, Margie Nell Martin,Shirley Mae Jones and Darlene Rogers, all of Prentiss; and hisbrothers, Elijah Graves, A.J. Graves and Archie Lee Martin; and ahost of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
