Kathleen Smith hangs a watercolor painting of the Sprague riverboat, once located at Vicksburg. The painting is one of about 50 works by Tom Cochran on display at the Lincoln County Public Library during May. A public gallery reception will be held May 10 from 4 to 6 p.m.
