Services for Lee Ester Lyons Johnson Turner of Bogue Chitto are2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 7, at Faith Missionary Baptist Church withburial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 8 p.m., with family hourfrom 7-8 p.m., at Williams Mortuary.

Mrs. Turner, 56, died Jan. 30, 2004, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center. She was born in Bogue Chitto on April 24,1947, to Jim Lyons and Lee Ester Lyons.

She was disabled, and was a member of Faith Missionary BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her first husband,Willie Johnson; three sisters, Doris Clotel Dillon, PaulineRichardson and Margaret Blackwell; and a brother, Alvin LyonsSr.

Survivors are her husband, John Turner Sr. of Bogue Chitto; herdaughters, Bobbie Brown of Moorehead, Glorianne Young of McComb,and Willie Jean Johnson and Floranne Johnson, both of Chicago,Ill.; her sons and daughters-in-law, John Turner Jr. and wife Gwen,and James Turner, all of Bogue Chitto, Robert and Angie Turner,Anthony and Felicia Johnson, and Willie and Jerri Lynn Johnson, allof Foxworth, Texas, Robert J. Johnson and Ben Johnson, both ofMoorehead, Willie Earl Green of Webb, and the Rev. Wendell Johnsonof Chicago, Ill.; her adopted children, Kathy Green of Brookhaven,and Tom Green of Carrolton; her sisters and brothers-in-law, LouElla Bates of Brookhaven, Mary and Melton McMorris of Bogue Chitto,Maxine and Robert Magee, Audrey Jones, and Margie Logan, all ofChicago, and Bernita Robinson of Los Angeles, Calif.; her brother,Jim Lyons Jr. of Santa Maria, Calif.; her adopted sisters, LawandaPruitt and Rose Lyons, both of Santa Maria, and Essie Lyons ofBogue Chitto; 30 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and ahost of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
