The West Lincoln Lady Bears defeated Florence 7-6 in 10 inningsbut loft to Franklin County 10-8 and Warren Central 5-4 Saturday’sBrookhaven Invitational Slowpitch Softball Tournament at the HanselKing Sportsplex.
West Lincoln, coached by Andrew Redd, travels to NatchezCathedral Tuesday night for a division game. The junior varsitygame begins at 5 followed by the varsity at 6.
Enterprise 7, Florence 6
Ashley McCaffery led the Bears with 3 singles. Doubling wasKarli Herrington. Julie Case, Holli Smith, Hannah Knouse, KeriEasley, Stephanie Smith and Haley Ainsworth singled.

Franklin County 10, West Lincoln 8
Powering West Lincoln with a double and a single was AlexisCook. Knouse doubled. Hitting safely were Case, Holli Smith,McCaffery, Carrie Fauver, Easley, Ainsworth and StephanieSmith.
