Graveside services for Glennie O. Miller, of Monticello, were 10a.m. today, Jan. 5 at Bethshan Cemetery in Monticello. WilsonFuneral Home in Monticello was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Miller, 90, died Jan. 3, 2006, at Heritage Manor in SilverCreek. He was born on Feb. 4, 1915, to Thomas Miller and DeliaCampbell Miller.
He was a retired cattle farmer. He served in the Army duringWorld War II, where he was a prisoner of war in Germany. He was thelast living POW in Lawrence County. He was a member of theMonticello Methodist Protestant Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents and one sister.
Survivors is his sister, Elgie Sellers, of Monticello.
