Services for Tommy Gene Moore of Brookhaven are 11 a.m., Monday,Dec. 15, at Bogue Chitto Church of Christ with burial in StewartCemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 4-8 p.m., at Brookhaven Funeral Home,and Monday from 10-11 a.m., at the church.

Mr. Moore, 64, died Dec. 12, 2003, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born in Bogue Chitto on Sept. 24, 1939, to BeckieBuitt and William “Bill” Moore.

He was a retired self-employed painter. He was a member of theBaptist faith.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Emma Ratcliff Moore of Franklin County;his daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and Allen Thompson of Avon,Ala., Margaret and Daron Smith, and Joan and Thomas Holifield, allof Brookhaven; his sons and daughters-in-law, Martin and ClaudetteMoore, Mike and Kay Moore, and Billy Moore, all of Brookhaven, andTommy “Bud” and Angela Moore of McComb; and his grandchildren,Clayton Roland, Johnny Claibourn, M.J. Mason, Matthew Moore, ZachMore, Kaitlyn Smith and Ryan Smith.
