Services for Darrell Brent Anton of Jayess are 2 p.m. Saturday,Oct. 9, at Bogue Chitto Woods M.B. Church in Summit with burial inthe church cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 7 p.m., with family hourfrom 6-7 p.m. at Williams Mortuary.

Mr. Anton, 33, died Oct. 3, 2004, at his residence. He was bornin Ruth on Oct. 27, 1970, to Levi Eley Jr. of Monticello, andLizzie R. Anton of Ruth.

He was a member of Bogue Chitto Woods M.B. Church.

Preceding him in death were his grandfathers, Rodolph “Buck”Quinn and Levi Eley Sr.; and his uncles, Sammie Anton and JohnEley.

Survivors are his parents; his wife, Sharon Denise Anton ofJayess; his sisters, Carolyn Frazier and her husband, Billy, ofRuth, Takeasha Roberts and her husband, V.J., of Ruth, Karen Antonof Brookhaven, Martha Eley of Lumberton, Earline Eley of Hammond,La., and Cheryl Sims, Jalinda Hutson, Shalanda Pittman, BreannaPittman and Alexis Pittman, all of Monticello; his brothers, CalvinAnton and his wife, Jemika, of McComb, Tyrone Bullock of McComb,Charles Bullock and his wife, Monica, of McComb, and Junior LeeEley of South Jesup, Ga.; his grandmothers, Nicey Anton ofBrookhaven, and Essie Eley of Monticello; and a host of nieces,nephews, other relatives and friends.
