Students prepare to take on the world after graduation

The sound of pomp and circumstance and the annual stroll ofseniors in their caps and gowns will be evident as early as thisweekend as the class of 2001 culminates its school year and embarkson a new era in their lives.
To some, the ceremony is the end of a chapter in the students’lives . . . changes among friends who once did everything togetherbut are now going their separate ways. To others, it’s just thebeginning . . . taking on new challenges and forming relationshipsthat may last a lifetime.
All area schools are gearing up for this year’scelebrations.
Bogue Chitto School will hold graduation exercises on Friday,May 25, at 8 p.m. in the school gymnasium.
Brookhaven Academy will hold graduation exercises Friday, May11, at 8 p.m. in the gymnasium.
Brookhaven High School will hold graduation exercises on Friday,May 25, at 7 p.m. on King Field.
Enterprise Attendance Center will hold graduation exercises at6:30 p.m. on Friday, May 25.
Franklin County High School will hold graduation exercises onFriday, May 25, at 8 p.m. on the FCHS campus. A baccalaureateservice will be held Sunday, May 20, at 2 p.m. in the FranklinCounty High School Auditorium.
Lawrence County High School will hold graduation exercises onThursday, May 24, at 6 p.m. on the football field, or, in case ofrain, the Multipurpose Building. Senior Awards Night is 6 p.m. onTuesday, May 22, in the Multipurpose Building.
Loyd Star Attendance Center will hold graduation exercises onThursday, May 24, at 6:30 p.m. at William Smith Stadium.
Wesson Attendance Center will hold Vespers on Sunday, May 13, at8 p.m., at Rea Auditorium on Co-Lin campus. Graduation exerciseswill be held Friday, May 25, at 7 p.m., at Rea Auditorium on theCo-Lin campus.
West Lincoln will hold graduation exercises on Thursday, May 24,at 8 p.m. in the Jack Case Gymnasium.
