Three AAA Lincoln County Dixie Youth Championship Tournament games were played Monday night at Keystone Park as Comfort Zone crushed Allen, Allen, Breeland & Allen 15-5, Griffin Logging rolled over Johnson’s Fence 13-1 and Connley Moak Appraisals shut out Broma’s Deli 9-0.

 Comfort Zone 15, AABA 5

Parker Whittington (1K, 1BB) picked up the win and Dawson Hester (1K, 4BB) absorbed the loss.

At the plate, Comfort Zone got 3 singles apiece from John Rivers Brown and Conner Hall. Piker Wallace doubled. Turner Owens singled twice. Dylan White and Scott Burton singled as the winners exploded for 13, second-inning runs.

Two singles by Hester led the attorneys in batting.

 Connley Moak 9, Broma’s Deli 0

Dramarion McNulty (5K, 7 BB) pitched the shutout. Luke Davis (5K, 5BB) absorbed the loss.

A home run by Will Mayfield powered the win. Wyatt Hodges singled.

Broma’s got a double from Jacob Smith.

 Griffin Logging 13, Johnson’s Fence 1

Landon Banes (3K, 1BB) pitched the triumph. Levi Pinkham (3K, 7BB) suffered the defeat.

The loggers got a home run from Judson Griffin. Maney Miller collected 3 triples. Banes doubled and Peyton Warren singled twice. Chase White singled.

Singles by Hayden Boyd and John Dawson Hutcherson led Johnson’s Fence in batting.
