Services for Helen Kathryn Reid Bales of Bogue Chitto are 11a.m., Monday, July 26, at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel with burialin Twin Oaks Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 4-10 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bales, 76, died July 23, 2004, at 8:25 p.m. at herresidence. She was born in Lawrence County on Aug. 2, 1927, toBilly Reid and Nora Ard Reid Fuller. Her stepfather was RayFuller.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Bogue Chitto BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband, CliftonE. Bales Sr.

Survivors are her daughters, Melissa Boyd and her husband,Billy, and Melinda Bales, all of Bogue Chitto; her sons, Clifton E.Bales Jr. and his wife, Vivienne, of Bogue Chitto, Bruce ArnoldBales and his wife, Donna, of Brookhaven, and Carrol Kevin Balesand his wife, Tiny, of Bogue Chitto; her sister, Geneva Arnold ofBogue Chitto; her brothers, George H. Reid of Brookhaven, and RomeFuller of Ruth; her grandchildren, Paula, Melane, DeAnn, Tate,Trinidy, Sarah, Marriah, Bethany, Toby, Trey, Joshua and Reid; andher great-grandchildren, Devon, Laken, Amber, Kaylie, Rheagan,Shelby, Marcus, Jacob, Charlsie Grace, Peyton, Janett, Rainey andAllie Grace.

Pallbearers will be Tate McCaffrey, Toby Bales, Trey Bales,Ricky Welch, Steve Crosby, Brad Crosby, Jason Wilson and LukeBarron. Honorary pallbearers will be Joshua Bales, Reid Bales andMarcus Moak.

The family of Mrs. Bales wishes to express a special thank youto the Horizon Hospice staff for their unfailing care andsupport.
