Mrs. Butler, 82, died Oct. 2, 2000, of heart failure at King’sDaughters Medical Center. She was born in Brookhaven on July 24,1918, to John Bap Sanders and Ella Smith Sanders.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Center Street Church ofChrist.

Preceding her in death were her parents; four brothers and ahost of sisters; and her son, William Butler.

Survivors are her son, J. Lee Butler of Los Angeles; herdaughter, Martha Briggs of McComb; her brother, Albert Sanders ofJackson; her sisters, Jewell Line Dillon of Compton, Calif., andEdna Mae Owens of Brookhaven; and two grandchildren and a host ofnieces and nephews.

Graveside services for Margie V. Edwards of Biloxi are 10 a.m.,Friday, Oct. 6, at Edwards Cemetery in Wesson.

Miss Edwards, 93, died Oct. 3, 2000, of heart failure in Biloxi.She was born in Wesson on June 15, 1907, to Archie Baker and LeslieMagee Edwards.

She was a retired business woman. She was a member of FirstUnited Methodist Church of Biloxi. She was a member of the UnitedDaughters of the Confederacy.

Preceding her in death were her parents, and her brother,Whitfield Edwards.

Survivors are her brothers, Dudley Edwards of Wesson and CharlieEdwards of Biloxi; and her sisters, Christine Edwards and Mary E.Burrow, both of Biloxi, and Betty Patterson of Arlington, Va.

Dorothy “Dot” Duncan Furr

Mrs. Furr, 93, died Oct. 2, 2000, of heart failure at SilverCross Nursing Home. She was born in Swamp Scott, Mass., on July 31,1907, to Thomas Wilson Duncan and Pauline Cunningham Duncan.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Wesson PresbyterianChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, ClydeT. Furr.

Survivors are her daughters, Dorothy “Deedy” Ford of Brandon andNancy Bonham of Houston; and six grandchildren and threegreat-grandchildren.

Warren Eugene Martin

Mr. Martin, 74, died Oct. 4, 2000, of heart failure at the V.A.Medical Center in Jackson.

He was retired from Walsh Plumbing and Heating. He was a memberof the Baptist faith. He was a veteran of WWII.

Survivors are his wife, Dorothy Martin; his daughter, CathyGivens of Hazlehurst; his sons, Rickey Martin of Las Cruces, N.M.,Mike Martin of Richland, James Martin of McComb, and Stanley Martinof Wesson; and 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Duane Rogillio

Mr. Rogillio, 43, died Oct. 3, 2000, of cancer at hisresidence.

He was a quality control employee at Miles Lumber and an EMT. Hewas a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors are his sister, Vickie Griffin of Silver Creek; andhis brother, Tommy Rogillio of Silver Creek.

Troy L. B. White

Mr. White, 69, died Oct. 4, 2000, of heart failure at King’sDaughters Medical Center. He was born in Lincoln County on July 19,1931, to Roan White and Martha Janie Brister White. He was agraduate of East Lincoln High School.

He was retired from Shippers Express. He worked forKeystone-Seneca for 17 years. He was a member of Heuck’s RetreatBaptist Church. He was a master Mason in Brookhaven Lodge #241 anda member of the Order of the Eastern Star. He served in the U. S.Coast Guard during the Korean Conflict.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, SamuelMonroe White, H. L. “Lanier” White, and Chester White; his sisters,Dollie Boyte, Joyce Griffin, Lola Roberts, Verla Mandell, andJennie White; and two infant siblings.

Survivors are his wife, Mildred Davis White of Brookhaven; hissons and daughters-in-law, Troy Mickel and Gale White of Brookhavenand Jeffery Glenn and Debi White of Huntsville, Ala.; his brother,Evon White of Brookhaven; his grandchildren, Lynn Ford of Slidell,La., Kristi Bridge and Matt White, both of Brookhaven, and DustinWhite of Huntsville, Ala.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
