Services for Lizzie Bell Montgomery of Brookhaven are 11 a.m.,Saturday, March 2, at Center Street Church of Christ with burial inCarver Heights Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 7 p.m. with family hourfrom 6-7 p.m. at Williams Mortuary.

Mrs. Montgomery, 71, died Feb. 25, 2002, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. She was born in Lincoln County on May 28, 1930, toLucius Levi and Amelia Lizzie Levi.

She was retired. She was a member of Center Street Church ofChrist.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, AlbertMontgomery; her daughter, Grace Ekwenchi; and her son, Wayne C.Stewart.

Survivors are her sons, Larry P. Levi and Victor Stewart, bothof Brookhaven, Renee Stewart of Los Angeles, Albert J. Stewart ofJackson, and Donald Stewart of Jacksonville, Fla.; her daughters,Amelia C. Evans of Monticello, and Amanda Williams, Marilyn Amos,and Kristi Stewart, all of Brookhaven; and 16 grandchildren and 22great-grandchildren.
