Services for Maxie Impson Kent of Bude are 11 a.m., Tuesday,March 12, at Hopewell Baptist Church with burial in the churchcemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m. at Franklin Funeral Home.

Mrs. Kent, 79, died March 10, 2002, at Franklin MemorialHospital. She was born in Franklin County on May 31, 1922, to HughB. Impson and Mattie Purvis Impson.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Hopewell BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Eugene C.Kent; her sons, Jimmie Nolan Kent and Carl Kent; her brothers, RayImpson and Devaul Impson; and her sisters, Zuleika “Judy” ImpsonBurris and Bonnie Impson Craft.

Survivors are her brothers, Hugh B. Impson of Stevenson, Wash.;her sisters Donnis Madison of Jefferson County and Marguerite Kingof Meadville; her grandchildren, Chris Kent and Shanna Kent, bothof Meadville, Anthony Kent of Bude, and Bronson Kent of Brandon;and her great-grandchildren, Krislyn Kent of Meadville and MeredithKent of Brandon.
