A fight at Popeye’s fast food restaurant in Brookhaven Wednesday has resulted in two arrests.
At approximately 4:55 p.m. April 23, a Brookhaven Police officer responded to a call of a fight at the chicken eatery on Brookway Boulevard reportedly taking place between two employees who had firearms.
When the officer arrived, the suspects — Ronntrell Williams and Kenan Quinn — had left the scene by vehicle.
Officers made contact with the vehicle at the intersection of Hwy. 51 S and Halbert Heights Road, Special Response Team Commander Jonathan Hart said.
Williams and Quinn were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, and two firearms were collected, said Hart.
