On Saturday at 12:25 a.m., officers responded to McDonald’s at 952 Brookway Blvd. for a “shots fired” report.

Police say teenagers were gathered there after a prom.

One vehicle was struck by gunfire, according to Brookhaven Police Special Response Team Commander Jonathan Hart.

“Videos are being collected, and an investigation has been launched,” Hart said. “No witness has come forward at this time.”
