Jocelynn Danyelle Evans of Brookhaven recently served as a page for the Mississippi Senate. Pages generally run errands for officials and Senate staff. Lt. Gov. Delbert Hosemann sponsored her visit. She is the daughter of Maxine McCoy and Randy Jones and attends Brookhaven High School.

“A few things that I liked this week was getting to meet new people, taking pictures with senators, and going out to eat with Senator John Horhn,” said Evans. “Things that I have experienced was a tour of the Mississippi Capitol Building, meeting senators, and taking pictures with the Governor and Lt. Governor. I think I would do this again!”
