BROOKHAVEN — National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for Lincoln County Friday morning until 11 a.m. Lawrence, Franklin and Copiah Counties are also included in this watch.

Additionally there is a wind advisory in effect for today until 6 pm due to strong sustained winds between 25-30 mph and wind gusts of 40-50 mph.
