• Homer Lee Smith, 09/03/1964, 450 Roger St. — arrested, charged with trespassing, shoplifting first offense (value $1,000 or less), by Brookhaven Police Department.
• Marquis F. Martin, 08/06/2004, 1109 White Oak St., Summit — arrested, charged with DUI first, misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, speeding 30-plus mph over limit, careless driving, no seatbelt, no driver license, misdemeanor fleeing/eluding police in motor vehicle, by MHP.
