BROOKHAVEN — Sipps Custom Soda was supposed to be the retirement plan for Michael Falvey, an HVAC instructor at Co-Lin before he tragically died in a motorcycle accident. Falvey was one of four co-owners planning to open the custom soda shop in Brookhaven.

Sipps shared plans to continue with the business Wednesday evening in a company Facebook post. They had originally planned to open for Labor Day Weekend before tragedy struck.

“We will miss Michael beyond words, but will be continuing to open Sipps in his honor,” the post said. “We hope to keep his spirit alive as we serve our community.”
