• Elijah Moore, 02/02/2005, 1300 NA Sandifer Hwy., Silver Creek — arrested, charged with DUI first, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
• Turone Bates, 02/23/1989, 402 Centre St. — arrested, charged with DUI first, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, driving with license suspended, no auto insurance, by MHP.
