• Joseph Kyle Bowman, 10/22/1994, 3060 Old Red Star Road — arrested, charged with Justice Court failure to appear, by LCSO.
• Joseph Michael Martorana, 07/26/1993, 2225 Plaza Drive, Chalmette, Louisiana — arrested, charged with disturbance of family, by LCSO.
