Seven Copiah-Lincoln Community College students were recently honored at a luncheon in Jackson for their selection to the 2023 Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) All-Mississippi Community College Academic Team. Honorees were presented with a medallion and certificate during the luncheon held at the Clyde Muse Center on the campus of Hinds Community College.

Honorees were:

Wesson campus — Ty’China Byrd of Brookhaven and Isaac Sivils of Bude

Simpson County campus — Justin Ware of Mendenhall and Ramsey Jones of Mendenhall

Natchez campus — Ciera Demby of Natchez, Gerald Monroe of Natchez, and Blair Burchfield of Vidalia
