The Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a two-vehicle accident with injuries Friday at 11:53 a.m. on I-55 northbound at exit 40. They responded to a single-vehicle accident Friday at 12:55 p.m. on Hwy. 184 East at Hwy. 84.

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 77 calls. 18 were transfers, with four in the city, two in the county, four to Hattiesburg, six to Jackson, one to Hammond and one to New Orleans; 49 emergency calls; 36 medical, with 25 in the city and 11 in the county; 10 trauma, with seven in the city and three in the county; two MVAs in the county and one cardiac in the city.
