Kenneth and Dana Wallace announce the engagement and approaching wedding of their daughter, Adrienne Wallace of Bogue Chitto, to Austin Douglas of Mount Olive.

He is the son of Ben and Jackie Douglas.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Claudine Pennington and the late John Pennington, the late Grover Wallace and Nadine Wallace.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Reece and Martha Douglas, and the late Jack and Tamara Powell.

Miss Wallace is a 2013 graduate of Bogue Chitto Attendance Center, a 2015 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College, a 2017 graduate of Mississippi State University and a 2020 graduate of University of Mississippi Medical Center, with a doctorate of physical therapy degree. She is employed as a physical therapist at McComb Nursing and Rehab.

Mr. Douglas is a 2014 graduate of Simpson County Academy, a 2016 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College and a 2018 graduate of Belhaven University with a degree in business administration. He is employed as an annuity service specialist at Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance company.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2020, at 4 p.m. at Montgomery Baptist Church in Summit. A reception will follow at The Homestead at Brookhaven Nurseries.
