In observance of Independence Day, The Daily Leader office will be closed Friday, July 3. The newspaper will publish its weekend edition July 3.

The following other area offices have announced their schedules for the Fourth of July holiday:

• Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce will be closed Friday.

• Arrow Disposal will run its regular routes on Friday.

• The U.S. Post Office will be closed Saturday and mail routes will not run.

• The Mississippi Highway Patrol Driver License exam office will be closed Friday.

• Brookhaven city offices will be closed Friday.

• Lincoln and Copiah county offices will be closed Friday.

• Monticello offices will be closed Friday.

• Bude and Meadville offices will be closed Friday.

• Wesson offices will be closed Friday.

• Franklin and Lawrence and County offices will be closed Friday.
