Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail docket entries for Tuesday was as follows:

• Tremail Richardson, 3/9/2000, 1044 Hwy. 550 — arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Antonio Smith, 8/16/1989, 3160 Alford Road, Crystal Springs — arrested for no seatbelt, no auto insurance and driving with a suspended license, by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
