(AP) — A central Mississippi man is accused in the death of a 75-year-old woman.

Holmes County Sheriff Willie March tells local news outlets that Antony Fisher is charged with murder in the death of Ora Lee Irvin.

A niece found Irvin dead in her backyard on May 3 when she stopped by to drop off food. Irvin had been shot in the head.

March says investigators were tipped to Fisher’s involvement, with someone reporting that two men had picked up Fisher near Irvin’s house. Fisher allegedly was wearing a hoodie with items underneath. Investigators also found the Pickens resident used Irvin’s cell phone.

Fisher was arrested Friday on a separate armed robbery charge in Lexington.

He remains jailed with bail set at $200,000. It’s unclear if he has a lawyer.
